FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON ORDERS OVER 200€ to Spain and Portugal only.

Also we offer the possibility of picking up the order on our warehouse, but it requires a previous call from the customer.

An Email will be sent to the customer once the order is on the way to its destination.

TO AVOID POSSIBLE CHANGES IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE CUSTOMER MAKES SURE OF THE SIZE THROUGH THE SIZE CHART IN THE FOURTH IMAGE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.

Delivery times:

  • Spain: 1-3 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).
  • France: 3-5 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).
  • Portugal: 1-3 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).
  • Italy: 3-5 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).
  • Germany: 3-5 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).
  • Belgium: 3-5 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations). 
  • Switzerland: 3-5 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).
  • England: 3-5 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).

Any order done after 1 p.m will be processed the next day. The confirmation of the payment will initiate the compromise of the service: bank transfers will be confirmed on a elapse of 24-48h . Once the payment is confirmed the shipping days will start counting.

The team of GEROME ensures the elaboration of the package at the same day that the payment is received, unless facing stock problems of any kind. In that case, the customer will be notified with the information of the issue and some options to overcome the unusual causality.

If the customer is absent during the time of the delivery, the delivery company and the customer will arrange a new delivery time by phone. Otherwise the customer would have to go on a delegation of the Delivery Company, on its area to pick up the package.

The international custom taxes are not included in our shipping. The customer is responsible of additional international custom taxes of any kind.

IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE OR RETURN A JACKET, YOU NEED TO PRESENT THE TICKET.

Changes 

NATIONAL CHANGES

The procedure is as follows: the customer will contact us by mail or telephone stating that wants to make the change, a delivery date will be agreed for the new jacket and, at the same time of delivery, the customer must give the courier the old jacket in a closed bag.

The cost of the exchange shipment:

  • Spain (including Islas Baleares and Islas Canarias, not covering Ceuta and Melilla): 5€
  • France (not including islands): 15€


INTERNATIONAL CHANGES

The procedure is as follows: the customer will contact us by mail or telephone stating that wants to make the change. The customer must send the jacket to our warehouse and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive it we will send the new size after payment of the shipping of the change through a bank transfer.

The cost of the exchange shipment:

  • France (not including islands): 15€
  • Portugal (not including islands): 5€ 
  • Italy (not including islands): 15€ 
  • Germany: 18€
  • Belgium: 18€
  • Switzerland: 30€
  • England: 35€


Deadline for exchange: The customer has 14 calendar days* to request the exchange by email info@gerome.es or telephone 93 865 26 98.

*During the Christmas holidays (from Black Friday - the fourth Friday of November), the deadline for exchange is extended until after Christmas (January 9).

TO MAKE CHANGES AND RETURNS YOU NEED TO PRESENT THE PURCHASE RECEIPT.

Returns


Fees: The customer is responsible of the shipping when returning. 

Period of time: The customer has 14 natural days to present any application or request of returning. 

In case of return, it is compulsory to send an email to info@gerome.es , with the following information: full name and bank account (to transfer the amount to return). 

Moreover, the product must be sent to Gerome’s warehouse (address below). Once we check the product, if it is alright and preserves its original boxing, the refunding of the payment will be made. 

The refund will NOT include the cost of shipping, therefore, the cost of the initial shipment will be excluded from the refund.
