An Email will be sent to the customer once the order is on the way to its destination.
Delivery times: All the shipments will be delivered between 1-4 business days (excluding the weekend, festivities and local celebrations).
Any order done after 1 p.m will be processed the next day. The confirmation of the payment will initiate the compromise of the service: bank transfers will be confirmed on a elapse of 24-48h . Once the payment is confirmed the shipping days will start counting.
The team of Gerome ensures the elaboration of the package at the same day that the payment is received, unless facing stock problems of any kind. In that case, the customer will be notified with the information of the issue and some options to overcome the unusual causality.
If the customer is absent during the time of the delivery, the delivery company and the customer will arrange a new delivery time by phone. Otherwise the customer would have to go on a delegation of the Delivery Company, on its area to pick up the package.
The international custom taxes are not included in our shipping. The customer is responsible of additional international custom taxes of any kind.
Fees: The shipping of any change is 10€.

The change will consist of Gerome sending the new jacket first, and when delivering, the courier person will pick up the one that needs to be changed from the customer. Previously the customer is required to call or mail us in order to program the exchange.
Fees: The customer is responsible of the shipping when returning.
Period of time: The customer has 14 natural days to present any application or request of returning.
In case of return, it is compulsory to send an email to email@example.com , with the following information: full name, bank account (to transfer the amount to return) and a reason of returning (if possible).
Moreover, the product must be sent to Gerome’s warehouse (address below). Once we check the product, if it is alright and preserves its original boxing, the refunding of the payment will be made.
