1. Are all the jackets made of leather?

Yes, all the jackets we have are made of lambskin. We do NOT have faux-leather (plastic).

2. In which countries can I buy online?

You can check HERE which countries we ship to, as well as the costs and delivery times.

3. Are the products that are out of stock available again?

We are sorry if the item you want is out of stock. We work with small collections and limited stocks and it is possible that the product you want may not be restocked. If you need to know if a product will be back in stock, we recommend you to send an e-mail to info@gerome.es and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
On the other hand, you can also subscribe to the availability notice that you will find in the product file and we will notify you by e-mail in case it becomes available again.

5. Can I reserve a product in store?

You can contact us and we will let you know if the item you are interested in is available or not in your nearest store. Of course, stocks are approximate and we recommend calling directly to the store and reserve it. Reservations only last 48 hours, from the moment the reservation is confirmed.
We do not guarantee that the products available online will be in the physical stores, and vice versa.

6. How do I know which is my size?

In most product you will find an image with the size chart, the most important measurement is the bust size.

If you are still undecided about the size or you need us to measure an item, we recommend that you contact us by phone or send us an e-mail to info@gerome.es indicating the name or reference of the jacket and we will help you as much as we can.

7. Where can I insert a discount code?

In the shopping cart there is a section called "Vouchers", in the box below is where you must insert the discount code and click OK.
